Wedding photography Riverside Stratford-upon-Avon

October 2019 was a fairly busy month for wedding photography I covered six in total,  the month started off with a small wedding at the Pageant House in Warwick on the 3rd and then this wedding on 4th October that started at the Jehovah’s witness Kingdom in Leamington Spa and then with the service at The Riverside in Stratford-upon-Avon.

The guys we very lucky with the weather only a few days before we had very heavy rain, it was what I consider to be perfect conditions for wedding photography light cloud with defused sunlight which was perfect for the wedding portraits and family groups.

This was my first Jehovah’s Witness wedding there wasn’t much different about the ceremony apart from I was only allowed to photograph the service from the back of the church rather than from the front like I usually do.  It was a nice service where the vows were very personal and it was clear the minister knew the bride and groom very well.

After the service, we headed to The Riverside in Stratford-upon-Avon for the main photos of the bride and groom by the river and around the grounds. They had requested smoke bombs and the bridesmaids had a lot of fun running around with those.  I have to say the Riverside is a very unique venue I really liked the wooden structure to the building and I don’t know if it was a reference to the building material but the bride and groom had a fantastic wedding cake that looked exactly like a wooden log it was quite spectacular!

It was a very fun day, with good weather and a very happy couple.
